Can I sell my home even if it’s occupied?

Yes, definitely! We buy homes that are owner occupied or that have tenants. In some cases, we will buy your home and still keep the tenants. It’s important that you let us know if people are in the house as one of our assistants might come by to check out its exterior. If people are inside, they might be surprised to see our assistant inspecting the home.

Am I obligated to take your offer?

No. You are in control of this entire process. You have no legal obligation to accept our offer if you do not feel satisfied.
